Sometimes things don't fit the way you expected. We get that. Feel free to return items if they're the wrong size. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Once we receive your item, we will exchange the item for a different size or initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment)—up to you. For refunds, you will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:
- Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return. Please specify if you would like a size exchange or refund.
- Once we respond, please send your item(s) back to the return address below.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
Lost or Stolen Packages
This one's never fun. It hurts us to say, but we're not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. The respective third-party fulfillment companies, like UPS or USPS, are to blame. Please contact them for further resolution.
