Thanks for shopping with us. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Sometimes things don't fit the way you expected. We get that. Feel free to return items if they're the wrong size. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Once we receive your item, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
Lost or Stolen Packages
This one's never fun. It hurts us to say, but we're not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. The respective third-party fulfillment companies, like UPS or USPS, are to blame. Please contact them for further resolution.
